It gives us a chance to briefly talk about what brings you in, answer initial questions, and make sure our approach and services are a good fit for your needs before scheduling therapy.

I respect that therapy is an investment of both your time and money. Completing the intake ahead of time allows us to use our first session to focus on what brought you to therapy, understand the patterns within your relationship, and begin working toward the changes you want to make.

Our first session gives us more time to get to know each other, understand what you’re hoping to change, and talk about how we can work together. Fit is something we’ll explore together as we begin the therapeutic process.

Yes. While relationships are at the heart of our work, Vibrant Life Counseling also provides individual therapy.

Individual therapy can help you better understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others — and develop new ways of relating that work better for you.

Vibrant Life Counseling provides secure telehealth therapy for clients throughout Washington State, including clients in Bellevue and the greater Eastside.

Sessions take place virtually, allowing you to meet with me from a private, comfortable location without traveling to an office.

Couples, family, and individual therapy are available virtually for Washington residents.

Yes. I offer 3-hour Couples & Family Intensives for $800.

Intensives provide dedicated, structured time to slow down, focus on what matters most, and work more deeply on the patterns and challenges bringing you to therapy.

The extended format can also help you build momentum toward meaningful change.

Vibrant Life Counseling accepts payment by debit card, credit card, and HSA/FSA cards.

Couples & Family Therapy

Couples and family therapy are offered on a private-pay, out-of-network basis. Payment is due at the time of service. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt for services — that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy may be available - depending on your insurance plan and eligibility.

A Good Faith Estimate is a written estimate of the expected cost of your mental health services. It is provided to help you understand your anticipated therapy expenses before receiving services.

For private-pay services at Vibrant Life Counseling, your Good Faith Estimate will reflect the expected session fees based on the services you are planning to receive.

Good Faith Estimates are part of federal protections designed to help clients understand the potential cost of care and avoid unexpected charges.

With couples and families, it can take time for everyone to feel heard and understand each other's perspectives. Extended sessions provide more space to explore relationship patterns, practice new ways of communicating, and work toward meaningful change.

In-Person in Bellevue, WA

Intensives offer dedicated, structured time for deeper therapeutic work and focused attention on the patterns and challenges bringing you to therapy.

A three-hour format allows us to spend more time on specific concerns without the usual time constraints of a standard session.

Sliding-scale pricing may be available. If cost feels like a barrier, please reach out. I'll do my best to explore options with you so finances don't automatically stand in the way of getting support.
