As a multicultural and systemic therapist, I understand how culture, identity, and lived experience shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.
I’m passionate about supporting clients from marginalized and intersectional backgrounds including BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQ+, and multicultural individuals and families who want a space that honors who they are.
Together, we’ll explore how your story, relationships, and culture connect, so you can feel grounded, empowered, and truly seen.

A “little about me”…
I’ve been providing care to students and families since 2008 and bilingual mental health therapy since 2014.
I’m glad you’re here — I know it takes courage to reach out for help. I’m no stranger to life’s challenges, emotional pain, and the hard work of healing. As a woman of mixed ethnicity, a single mother, and the daughter of a strong female lineage, I was raised to persevere — to keep seeking, even when the world said “no.”
These experiences shape the way I show up as a therapist today: with honesty, compassion, and a deep belief in your ability to grow. At Vibrant Life Counseling, I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can bring your full self, feel seen and heard, and begin creating lasting change in your life and relationships.
“ Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time traveling & experiencing new adventures. Like many other women, I wear “many hats” - as a professional, a mom, an educator, an advocate, and active community member. These experiences deepen my belief that healing and growth happen in connection — with ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities.”
