Bellevue-Based • Virtual Therapy Across Washington
Welcome
Therapy is a space to understand the patterns that shape your life and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to do the work - deepening self-awareness, improving relationships, and shifting long-standing patterns.
Licensed & Trained in Relational Therapy
I am a Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with advanced training in relational, systemic, and evidence-based therapy.
I am also an Ethnic Minority Mental Health Specialist (EEMHS), providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
My clinical approach integrates:
Gottman Method (Level 1 Trained) and Affair Recovery Training
Strategic & Structural Family Therapy (SFT)
Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
Relational repair after betrayal, disconnection, and PTSD-related stress
Services are offered in English and Spanish.

How I Work
My approach is structured, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based relational therapy. I provide a guided process that is intentional and focused, while also allowing space for your natural pace of healing and change.
I deeply respect the time, energy, and financial investment clients make in therapy. Because of that, our work is purposeful and goal-oriented from the beginning.
Together, we clarify what you want to change, understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and actively work toward meaningful and lasting shifts in how you think, feel, and relate.
While therapy is flexible and responsive to your needs, it is not open-ended or without direction. We regularly revisit goals, track progress, and ensure that the work remains effective and aligned with what matters most to you.
The goal is not long-term therapy for its own sake—it is clarity, growth, and lasting change that you can carry forward beyond the therapy space.

A Thoughtful, Personalized Approach to Your Care
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. It is a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful change that fits your life, relationships, and values.
I offer private-pay therapy so we can focus on what matters most to you - without insurance limitations on diagnosis, treatment length, or direction of care.
For clients with out-of-network benefits, superbills are available for possible reimbursement.
