Your Relationship Deserves More Time, Too.

Maybe the Relationship is at a Crossroads.

Have you started wondering whether it's time to give up? Maybe you've already checked out emotionally. You're sharing a home, managing responsibilities, raising children, caring for parents or grandparents, but somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like partners.

Or maybe something happened - an affair, broken trust, or years of unresolved hurt and now you're questioning everything.

How do you decide whether to stay, leave, or try again when so much of your life is intertwined? What about the children, family expectations, cultural or religious beliefs, or the life you've spent years building together?

Sometimes the hardest part is deciding what to do next.

You don't have to have all the answers before reaching out.

A three-hour couples intensive gives you dedicated time and professional support to slow down, work through difficult questions, understand each other's perspectives, and consider your next steps with greater clarity. Whether you're hoping to rebuild, exploring discernment, or considering separation, there is room for both of your experiences.

Both Partners Not on Board, Yet? No Problem. We can still chat.

What if you're ready to take the next step, but your partner isn't quite there yet?

Not a problem. This is more common than you might think. Couples don't always reach the point of seeking help at the same time. One partner may be ready to talk, while the other feels hesitant, apprehensive, or unsure about what counseling might bring up.

There can be many reasons for that hesitation. Sometimes it's fear of being blamed, fear of uncovering deeper issues, uncertainty about what might change, or concern that difficult conversations could make things worse. Sometimes it's simply hard to know where to begin.

If your partner isn't ready to participate, you don't have to stop looking for support.

You can still schedule a free consultation to talk through your concerns, explore your options, and consider possible next steps.

There's no pressure to convince your partner or make a decision before you're ready. We're here to help you understand the possibilities and find a way forward.

Intensive FAQ

Is the assessment review an extra cost?

No. The pre- and post-intensive assessment review is included in the $800 fee.

What does the $800 cover?

It covers the three-hour session (including a 10–15-minute break), the pre- and post-intensive assessment review, and your take-home assessments.

How do the take-home assessments work?

You’ll receive assessments to keep after your intensive. Use them to reflect on what you learned, notice progress and stay on track with your goals.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy for intensives?

A $200 deposit reserves your intensive, with the remaining $600 due at your session. If you reschedule, your deposit transfers to your new date. If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable. If I need to cancel your intensive, you’ll receive a full refund.

Is Your Relationship Worth the Investment?

You Don't Have to Decide Today.

The hard truth? If you want your relationship to change, both partners need to be willing to participate in the process. But that doesn't mean you have to agree on everything before you begin.

In a supportive, professionally guided space, you can explore what each of you wants and needs, talk through difficult questions, and navigate the emotions that can make these conversations feel overwhelming.

With guidance, both partners have an opportunity to be heard without one person's needs overshadowing the other's. You can begin to understand where you stand, what's important to each of you, and what moving forward might look like.

You don't have to make that decision alone.

Why Choose a Three-Hour Couples Intensive?

Warm minimalist office space with built-in wooden bench seating, green cushions, concrete walls, sunlit windows and stone coffee table.

When something important is at stake in your relationship, an hour can feel like barely enough time to get started.

You may need time to explain what's happening, hear each other's perspectives, work through difficult emotions, and begin addressing the questions you've been avoiding. Just as you're getting somewhere, the session ends and real life takes over again.

A three-hour intensive gives you more room to do that work without having to spread every conversation across multiple weekly appointments.

This is time set aside for your relationship.

Together, we'll slow down, focus on what matters most, explore what's getting in the way, and identify meaningful next steps. You'll have space to talk, listen, reflect, and practice new ways of approaching difficult conversations.

Making time for your relationship is an investment of more than money. It takes time, energy, and a willingness to show up - even when the conversations aren't easy.

For couples with demanding schedules or significant concerns they want to address, an intensive offers a concentrated opportunity to give their relationship the attention it deserves.

Our Couples Intensive Designed Around Your Relationship

Family therapy meeting room with a long wood table, upholstered chairs, a lamp, black vase, books, reading glasses, and a leather bag by the window.

No two relationships are alike. You bring your own experiences, challenges, strengths, and hopes for what comes next. Your intensive should reflect that.

Before we meet, we'll identify the concerns bringing you to counseling and what each of you hopes to gain from the experience. From there, I'll tailor the session to your relationship's unique needs and both partners' goals.

Then, together - we'll establish priorities for our time, explore the issues that matter most, and make room for both perspectives. The session will be structured and intentional, while remaining flexible enough to respond to what comes up along the way.

This is your time, your relationship, and an opportunity to focus on what matters most to both of you.

If your relationship needs support, why wait?

There's nothing to lose in asking questions & learning how to take the next steps - toward healing & feeling happy together again.
